Ethos and Values
All Saints is a Catholic community where every individual is highly valued, care and concern for others is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage all pupils to reach their full potential, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to society as adults. The core values of All Saints are: faith, family, respect, resilience, excellence, and community. We recognise and reward pupils who demonstrate these values across all aspects of school life, as we believe this will help them to contribute positively to society with humility, tolerance, and respect for others.
Staff guide pupils on their faith journey by providing thoughtfully planned opportunities to explore and deepen their faith, including liturgical and Eucharistic celebrations aligned with the Catholic Church’s calendar. Throughout the year, there are numerous occasions for worship, reflection, and the shared development of our distinctive Catholic community. Both pupils and staff participate in religious retreats, allowing time to reflect on our school’s mission: to be excellent in everything we do at All Saints.
As part of our mission, we engage in fundraising events as Catholic Community for our chosen charities in order to remember our duty to the most vulnerable in society, we raise money to support those who live in poverty, both in our local and global communities
