Attendance celebration:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for our students who demonstrate exceptional attendance during the autumn term! As a reward for their dedication, we will be organising a special trip for those who achieve 95% attendance and above. Pupils who have 95% attendance on the last day of school 20th December will receive their invitation letter. The cinema trip will take place 16th and 17th January.

Penalty Notices fines for schools have changed:

10 sessions of unauthorised absence may result in a penalty notice. Unauthorised codes are O, G and U.

O code - When the reason for the pupil's absence has not been established or an unsatisfactory reason provided for absence

G code - Unauthorised holiday

U code - Late (after register closes)

Registration begins at 8:40; pupils arriving after this time will be marked as present but arriving late (L). The register will close at 9:15 pupils arriving after the close of register will be recorded as late (U), this will not be authorised and will count as an unauthorised absence for that school session.
